Effective Date: 2 September 2026
Last Updated: 2 September 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs payments made to Foreign Passport Consulting (“Foreign Passport Consulting”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for consultations, advisory services, professional assistance and other services offered through our website https://foreignpassport.in/ or through other authorised communication channels.
By making a payment for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Policy.
1. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES
Foreign Passport Consulting provides consultation, advisory and support services relating to international mobility, including but not limited to:
Residency programmes
Citizenship programmes
Immigration and relocation pathways
International business expansion
Investment-related opportunities
Family mobility
International education or relocation-related guidance
Other global mobility advisory services
Our services are primarily professional and advisory in nature. Fees may relate to time reserved for consultations, professional assessment, research, preparation, documentation review, coordination and other work performed on behalf of a client.
Payment for our services does not constitute a guarantee of approval, visa issuance, residency, citizenship, investment approval, business registration or any other decision by a government, embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other third party.
2. CONSULTATION FEES
Where a consultation or assessment is booked and paid for in advance, the fee generally covers the professional time reserved for that consultation.
2.1 Cancellation by the Client
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, you should notify Foreign Passport Consulting as early as reasonably possible.
Refund eligibility may depend on the amount of advance notice provided:
| Cancellation Notice | Refund / Credit |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours before scheduled consultation | Eligible for refund or rescheduling, subject to applicable processing/payment charges |
| 24–48 hours before scheduled consultation | Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion |
| Less than 24 hours before scheduled consultation | Generally non-refundable |
| Client does not attend (“No-show”) | Non-refundable |
Where a refund is approved, any transaction, payment gateway or processing charges already incurred may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
3. RESCHEDULING OF CONSULTATIONS
We understand that circumstances may change.
A client may request to reschedule a consultation by contacting us before the scheduled appointment.
Subject to availability:
One reasonable rescheduling request may be accommodated without an additional consultation fee.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to our discretion.
Repeated rescheduling or failure to attend a rescheduled appointment may result in the consultation fee becoming non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.
4. REFUNDS FOR ADVISORY OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Once Foreign Passport Consulting has commenced providing advisory or professional services, including but not limited to:
Client assessment;
Research;
Eligibility analysis;
Strategy preparation;
Consultation;
Documentation review;
Case preparation;
Application support;
Coordination with professional partners; or
Other work specifically requested by the client,
the fees associated with work already performed may become non-refundable, subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement and applicable law.
Where a client terminates an engagement after work has commenced, Foreign Passport Consulting may determine the refundable amount based on:
The services already performed;
The professional time already spent;
Third-party costs already incurred;
Administrative or processing costs;
Work already prepared or delivered; and
Any other non-recoverable costs reasonably incurred on the client’s behalf.
Any remaining refundable balance, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the applicable service agreement and this Policy.

Fees paid to third parties are generally non-refundable through Foreign Passport Consulting.
These may include:

Translation charges;
Legal or professional fees charged by third parties;
Medical examination fees;

Other third-party expenses.
If a third party independently provides a refund, Foreign Passport Consulting will facilitate or pass through such refund to the extent applicable.
Foreign Passport Consulting cannot guarantee or control the refund policies of government authorities, embassies, programme administrators or other third-party service providers.
6. REFUNDS DUE TO APPLICATION REJECTION
Foreign Passport Consulting does not guarantee the approval of any visa, residency, citizenship, investment programme, permit, business application or other government application.
Therefore, rejection, refusal, delay or non-approval of an application does not automatically entitle a client to a refund of professional or advisory fees.
Government authorities and other relevant decision-making bodies independently determine whether an application is approved or rejected.
Where a service agreement specifically provides for a refund in the event of rejection, that agreement shall govern the applicable refund conditions.
7. CHANGE IN CLIENT CIRCUMSTANCES
A refund will not ordinarily be provided solely because a client’s personal circumstances, financial position, family circumstances, employment, investment plans, travel plans or immigration objectives change after services have been purchased.
Examples include:
Change of mind;
Change of destination;
Change in family circumstances;
Change in employment;
Change in financial circumstances;
Deciding not to proceed;
Receiving an alternative opportunity;
Delaying relocation;
Choosing another immigration pathway; or
Deciding to use another service provider.
Where possible, Foreign Passport Consulting may discuss alternative options or service adjustments with the client.
8. DUPLICATE OR ERRONEOUS PAYMENTS
If you believe that you have made:
A duplicate payment;
An incorrect payment;
An accidental payment; or
A payment for a service that was not intended to be purchased,
you should contact us promptly at info@foreignpassport.in.
After verification, we may process an appropriate refund where the payment is confirmed to have been made in error and no corresponding service has been provided.
9. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To request a refund, the client should contact us using the details below.
The request should include:
Full name;
Email address used for the transaction;
Phone number;
Date of payment;
Amount paid;
Transaction/order/reference number, if available;
Service purchased;
Reason for the refund request; and
Any supporting information relevant to the request.
Refund requests should be sent to:
Email: info@foreignpassport.in
We may request additional information or documents to verify the payment and the identity of the person making the request.
10. REFUND PROCESSING
Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method, where technically possible.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the client’s bank account, card account or payment wallet may depend on the relevant bank, card issuer or payment service provider.
Foreign Passport Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or other financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.
11. PAYMENT GATEWAY AND TRANSACTION CHARGES
Where a payment gateway, bank or other payment processor has charged a transaction or processing fee, such charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and the terms of the relevant payment provider.
Any applicable deduction will be communicated to the client where reasonably possible.
12. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional prices, discounted consultation fees, special offers, coupons or other promotional payments may be subject to additional terms and may be non-refundable.
Where a promotional offer has specific refund or cancellation conditions, those conditions will prevail over the general provisions of this Policy to the extent of any inconsistency.
13. SERVICES NOT YET COMMENCED
If a client requests cancellation before Foreign Passport Consulting has commenced the relevant professional service, the client may be eligible for a refund, subject to:
The applicable service terms;
Any stated cancellation conditions;
Payment gateway or transaction charges;
Third-party costs already incurred; and
Applicable law.
Eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the nature of the service purchased and whether any work has already been undertaken.
14. PARTIALLY COMPLETED SERVICES
Where a service has been partially completed, Foreign Passport Consulting may provide a partial refund where appropriate.
The amount of any refund may take into consideration:
Work already completed;
Professional time spent;
Documents reviewed or prepared;
Research conducted;
Consultations completed;
Third-party costs;
Administrative expenses; and
Other non-recoverable costs.
There is no automatic entitlement to a proportional refund solely because the client chooses to discontinue the service.
15. SERVICE PROVIDER CANCELLATION
If Foreign Passport Consulting is unable to provide a confirmed consultation or service for reasons attributable solely to us, we may, at our discretion:
Reschedule the service;
Provide an alternative appointment;
Provide an equivalent service; or
Issue an appropriate refund for the affected service.
This does not include circumstances outside our reasonable control, including governmental actions, technical failures beyond our reasonable control, natural disasters, regulatory changes, force majeure events or other unforeseen circumstances.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Foreign Passport Consulting shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
Government restrictions or changes;
Changes to immigration or residency programmes;
Embassy or consular closures;
Government processing delays;
Changes in laws or regulations;
Natural disasters;
Pandemics or public emergencies;
War or civil unrest;

Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In such circumstances, we may attempt to reschedule or provide an alternative solution where reasonably possible.
17. NO GUARANTEE OF GOVERNMENT APPROVAL
Foreign Passport Consulting provides professional guidance and advisory support.
We do not control the decisions of:
Governments;
Immigration authorities;
Embassies;
Consulates;
Citizenship authorities;
Residency programme administrators;
Investment authorities; or
Other regulatory bodies.
Accordingly, payment for our services should not be understood as payment for a guaranteed immigration, residency, citizenship, visa or investment outcome.
A negative decision by a governmental or regulatory authority does not, by itself, establish an entitlement to a refund of fees paid for professional services already performed.
18. DISPUTES REGARDING PAYMENTS
If you believe that a payment has been incorrectly processed or that a refund has not been handled in accordance with this Policy, please contact us first so that we can review the matter.
We encourage clients to allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve payment-related concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law.
19. CHARGEBACKS
A client should contact Foreign Passport Consulting before initiating a payment chargeback where the issue concerns a service cancellation, refund or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated after services have been provided without first giving Foreign Passport Consulting a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we may provide relevant transaction records, service records and communications to the applicable payment provider or financial institution.
This section does not restrict any lawful right to dispute an unauthorised transaction or exercise rights available under applicable law.
20. POLICY CHANGES
Foreign Passport Consulting reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
The version applicable to a particular transaction will generally be the version in effect at the time the relevant service was purchased, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law, disputes arising in connection with payments, cancellations or refunds relating to Foreign Passport Consulting shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
